The Process:

Epitome Solutions Inc will give you the internet presence you have invisioned
Submit your specifications via the Get a Quote form
A Project Manager will contact the client to discuss the specifications
Once the specifications are confirmed, a verbal quote will be provided
An electronic contract will be submitted detailing the project and the verbal quote
Once the contract is accepted, an electronic invoice will be submitted to the client for 50% of the contract price
We will start the project immediately following receipt of the initial payment
The client will be granted access to a password protected beta site where the project can be monitored
An electronic invoice for 40% of the initial contract price will be submitted once the fully functional beta site has been approved by the client
Upon receipt of payment, the website will be moved to the live site and an invoice for the final 10% will be submitted
